initial communication was very good, supplier was very helpful and informative and quotes was made very quickly. I was notified of shipping and tracking was also provided, items was delivered on time.
The items received was very good quality, but a few pieces was damaged during shipping.
I contacted the seller immediately and she responded promptly with apologies and saying that a refund would be processed for the broken items; however, I never received the refund.
communication became slow and supplier did not respond to my refund queries despite my messages.
Turns out there was a slight miscommunication that suppliers cannot issue refunds directly and you would have to request this through your account in order for suppliers to approve and issue this, which I wouldn’t have know since this is the first time I have received damaged good caused by shipping!
supplier has now contacted me and issue has now been resolved and I will definitely be ordering again.
